The II Tigers Senior Kids Program is similar to the Junior Program in terms of stressing fundamentals and exercise, but introduces more classroom responsibility, with a goal of building maturity and leadership.
The Junior Program is a more group interactive program. Students in this age group are mature and physically capable enough to begin learning the ways in which the martial arts are a communal learning process. Partnered exercises are more prominent for this age group. Students will be taught the correct way to be a good partner; both in skill and in attitude.
The Junior Program also introduces a more serious element of real world self defense, as they are on the cusp of being members of a more adult social reality in their lives. Students will learn how to use their hands and feet to defend themselves, and the discipline to handle these abilities with maturity and humility.
